Get ready for a night of spooky fun and life-saving impact! Join NMDP and the Colorado College community for the Super Spooky Swabbing Spectacular as we take the NMDP mission directly to students across campus. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us turn Halloween spirit into hope for patients searching for a matching donor!
 

📍 Location: Colorado College Campus – Residence Halls
🏠 Residence Halls Include: Loomis Hall, Mathias Hall & South Hall
📅 Date: October 29th
⏰ Time: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

This special Halloween event is all about meeting students where they live, having some fun, and showing them how they can make a potentially life-saving difference. Volunteers will visit the campus residence halls to connect with students, share the NMDP mission, and help eligible individuals join the registry with a quick and simple cheek swab.

🌟 Volunteer Roles Include:

• Greeting and engaging with Colorado College students

• Bringing the Halloween spirit to each residence hall 👻

• Sharing how the NMDP Registry works and why donor diversity matters

• Helping eligible students through the quick and simple registration process

• Answering questions and encouraging students to learn more about NMDP

• Creating an energetic, welcoming, and FUN experience for everyone we meet

• Helping us spread the word about how students can make an impact for patients around the world

Each year, thousands of patients diagnosed with blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma depend on finding a matching donor for a second chance at life. For more than 30 years, NMDP has managed the world’s most diverse marrow registry—connecting patients with the cures they need.
 

This Halloween, let’s make a little magic happen! 🧙‍♀️✨ Your time and energy could help a student take the first step toward becoming a potential matching donor and give a patient somewhere in the world hope for a second chance at life.
