Groceries on the Go - Tampa Family Health Center

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our Groceries on the Go mobile grocery store brings nutritious groceries to neighborhoods that don’t have convenient access to healthy foods. Volunteers will help with setup and breakdown, serve as “personal shoppers” on the truck, package grocery selections for our guests, and assist guests by bringing groceries to their vehicles.

BEFORE ARRIVING
ALL volunteers MUST wear closed-toe shoes (i.e. sneakers) for safety. Volunteers wearing open-toe shoes will not be allowed to volunteer. Appropriate attire includes shirts with sleeves (no tank-tops), and jeans or shorts of appropriate length.

This is an OUTDOOR & OFF-SITE ACTIVITY.

RESTRICTIONS
The minimum age for this activity is 16+ years old.
