We’re honored to be part of this year’s Light the Night with Blood Cancer United (formerly LLS), and we’re looking for compassionate volunteers to help us make a life-saving impact.

As a volunteer, you’ll help us connect with attendees at this inspiring community event that brings light to the darkness of cancer. By sharing the mission of the NMDP Registry, you’ll empower participants to take the first step in potentially saving a life by joining as a blood stem cell donor.
 

Whether you’re comfortable starting conversations or prefer to help in a more supportive role, your presence makes a difference. You’ll be part of a welcoming team committed to compassion, community, and hope.

• Greeting and engaging with attendees at our booth

• Sharing how the registry works and why it matters

• Guiding individuals through the quick registration process

• Supporting the uplifting and meaningful spirit of Light the Night

Each year, thousands of patients with blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma depend on finding a matching donor.
For more than 30 years, NMDP has managed the world’s most diverse marrow registry, helping patients access the cures they need.
