Archery Peer Partner Training

Archery Peer Partners are volunteers assisting our archery programs who are ages 12-16 years old. You will assist our Recreation Instructors in facilitating archery programming. You will learn how to assist participants of all abilities to learn how to independently shoot and maintain their bows, socialize with others their age and enjoy being in the outdoors. You will be responsible for safety, group management, and encouraging participant engagement in the archery programs. No previous archery experience required.
