About this Opportunity
Join us at 10:00 AM for a meaningful community cleanup nearby the Portland waterfront in celebration of the Rose Festival. The event begins with check-in, supply distribution, and a brief safety speech before volunteers head out to collect litter and protect our local environment. By contributing to this effort, you'll help preserve the beauty of Portland’s public spaces and make a positive impact during one of the city’s most cherished events.
Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
Meeting Location: We will be meeting outside of the CareOregon offices on 5th Ave. Look for the SOLVE signs!

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.
What's Provided: Gloves, vests, bags, and grabbers.
Restrooms: No public restrooms are available
Parking: There is street parking available.
Transit: Bus FX2, 15, and 54, as well as MAX Green Line and Blue Line.
Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.
Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
