Volunteers needed for a Seniors lunch Cafe in Niles

Meals on Wheels of Northeastern Illinois is in search of volunteers to help set up, serve hot meals, visit with cafe attendees and clean up for our Seniors Cafe at the Niles Seniors Center.

Time frame is approximately 10:30-11a (arrival) thru about 1p.

In particular, we are looking for ongoing help on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but would love to have back-ups on file for substitute shifts, when needed.

Volunteers will be required to attend a short Zoom orientation, have a background check and, after 30 days, will also need to take an online Food Safety class and test.
