About this Opportunity
Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoring has built on over 120 years of expertise in one-to-one mentoring, while strengthening entire families in hardship. After years of mothers asking for more support and asking if they can have a mentor themselves, we have responded to their needs and implemented this program initiative.
Bigs & Littles is looking for mentors specifically for their Mentoring Mom program. Volunteers are matched in a 1:1 relationship where they meet with a Mentoring Mom mentee 1-2 times a month (on their own time at an agreed upon location), for a minimum of one year. All mentors will receive consistent guidance from a social worker throughout the duration of their match.
