Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
Help us keep the children on the right path and safe along the cross country route at James River High School/Robioys Oanding Park in Chesterfield'
Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities:
Volunteers will need to check in at 7:00am. Volunteer Coordinator will meet with the Volunteers and strategically place volunteers on the course to direct the runners and make sure we have eyes on the course at all times. As soon as the last runner comes through on his/her second lap, volunteers may make their way back to the finish line.
Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
No special skills required
Time Commitment: 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Other Information (if applicable):
- An email will come out prior to race day with instructions for day-of
- Hours will be recorded on cfengage the following week
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Course could be damp in the morning.
