Weekend Work with Shelter Animals

Every volunteer must also have a waiver and volunteer application through our website on file: www.savingsagerescue.org. 

Volunteers of ALL kinds: animal lovers, students who love animals but also need service hours, people who like to organize, people who like computer work - are welcome at the shelter during the weekends between 9-5. Our animals never get enough attention, and there are always tasks to be done:

• care for the animals
• walk or play with the dogs
• help organize donations
• computer work
• photography
• uploading animals to adoptapet
• general cleaning
• handiwork and repairs

Do you have a special talent, passion or connection that we should know about? Are you an artist, skilled worker, gardener, trainer, etc? Let us know so we can use your skills! We want volunteering to be fun.
