Street Patrol is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to saving lives by meeting the unhoused where they are—directly on the streets. Through outreach, mentorship, and essential aid, we strive to provide immediate relief and long-term support to individuals experiencing homelessness and incarcerated youth.
Job Summary: Street Patrol is looking for a remote volunteer Solutions Strategist to develop and coordinate activities that engage the unhoused community and under-resourced youth. Are you a problem-solver with a strategic mindset? The Solutions Strategist will play a key role in developing innovative approaches to tackle complex challenges, coordinating programs and events, and optimizing outreach efforts. This position requires a proactive thinker who can navigate obstacles and improve processes to contribute to the mission.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to our mission and values
• Ensure a minimal monthly financial commitment dedicated to essential supplies for the unhoused, in support of organizational goals
• Meet monthly availability requirements to ensure consistent engagement
• Provide support for fundraising initiatives and campaigns
• Strategically plan and execute programs, events, and outreach activities
• Collaborate with volunteers, partner organizations, and internal teams, including team members, to both maximize impact and develop and implement solutions.
• Serve a one-year term with the possibility of renewal based on performance
• Participation in key Street Patrol initiatives is encouraged, including:
Monday Night Outreach (twice monthly)
Monthly Meetings (1-2 per month)
Juvenile Detention Center Programs: October (3 sessions)
Saturday Fundraising Events: February (Virtual), Cardinals Games in April (1) & May (1)
Blankets & Blaze: December 6, 2025
Commitment:
20 hours monthly/5 hours weekly, including meetings, fundraising, and special events.

Strategic Planning, Problem Solving, Organizational Skills, Scheduling, Fundraising, Event Coordination, Innovation, Collaborative spirit with a passion for service, Experience in outreach, mentoring, social work, or nonprofit service preferred but not required.
