Membership Coordinator

Ready for something new to do?  Want to help our 90 year old museum with a critical task?  The Marin History Museum needs someone to help increase its membership rolls.    We're looking for a detail-oriented person a few hours a week (or twice a month) to handle membership data management.  Ongoing work includes adding/updating our contacts, recording donations, coordinating mailings, preparing membership packets, and running reports to support the Museum's board and staff.  Tools are a contact management package (Wild Apricot - will train), MS Excel and Word.  Requires someone who has fun with computers and data and is comfortable with spreadsheets.  Located in Novato or San Rafael, with  remote work possible.   If this sounds interesting, we encourage you to contact us to discuss further!
