About this Opportunity
Volunteer Center - Torrance office is looking for adult drivers to deliver bags to local schools in Wilmington as part of our Food For Kids program.
This is a school year commitment. You will need your own vehicle with space for 15-30 grocery-sized bags of food. Each bag weighs 7-10 pounds. You will need to be able to lift the bags in and out of your vehicle and onto a cart for delivery to the school.
Estimated time commitment 1-2 hours depending upon the number of schools you are delivering to. Must have current driver's license and insurance.
This opportunity cannot be used for Court Referred Community Service Hours.
