2025 - World Pride- Arts & Culture Fashion Show Supports

CALL FOR MODELS - 7-9 people
Availability: May 30th Welcome Center, all day for rehearsals and a fun team-building activity. From May 19th to May 29th in Washington, DC, multiple rehearsals are not required for experienced folks and will be open to all. 

Divas! Come in for an audition! We are open to anyone ready and able to fit into those beautiful garments without altering much of the clothing and walk down a flight of stairs. 
We haven't seen the space, but we are open to models who need assistance. However, they must have a good, positive, and engaging attitude! 
We need nine models in case someone has an emergency on the day of.  We have 10 designers and a maximum of 25 looks. Some designers may have their own models, so we still need backup. 
There will be a private changing room for changeovers (min 3 expected). Models will be helped by changing crew and styled by the styling crew; models cannot wear any of their items of accessories or items (other than a visible tattoo) that are not part of the look; models must return all items they wear and changing crew will be helping with that. Models must agree to the rules of Capital Pride Alliance and agree to their ability to take pictures, archive, promote, and broadcast the show.



Call For Production, Hospitality, & Tech
Availability: The May 30th Welcome Center will be open all day for rehearsals and a fun team-building activity. From May 19th to May 29th in Washington, DC, multiple rehearsals are not required for experienced folks and will be open to all. The Primary Team will meet numerous times, virtually and in person, between now and the fashion show.  

A fashion show needs a team of coordinators, operations, technicians, and event planners. This includes assistance in setting up, taking down, coordinators (sound, lights, visuals), hosting, nutrition (yes, models need to be fed), seating, and, most importantly, cleaning up, which is a hands-on-the-deck situation.
