CO - UCCS SAE Fall '26 Tabling Event

Volunteer with NMDP at the UCCS SAE Tabling Event! 💙

NMDP is excited to partner with the SAE Chapter at UCCS for two days of campus outreach, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us connect with students, share our mission, and grow the NMDP Registry.

📍 Location: UCCS Campus
📅 Dates: September 17 & 18, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM both days
 

This two-day tabling event is a great opportunity to connect with the UCCS community and share how a simple cheek swab can give patients with blood cancers and blood diseases a second chance at life.

As a volunteer, you’ll work alongside the SAE Chapter to engage students, answer questions, and help eligible individuals take the first step toward potentially becoming a life-saving blood stem cell donor.

🌟 Volunteer Roles Include:

• Greeting and engaging with students across campus

• Sharing how the NMDP Registry works and why donor diversity matters

• Assisting eligible students through the quick and easy registration process

• Answering questions about blood stem cell donation and NMDP’s mission

• Creating an energetic and welcoming presence at the NMDP table

• Working alongside the UCCS SAE Chapter to make a meaningful impact on campus
   

Each year, thousands of patients diagnosed with blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma depend on finding a matching donor for a second chance at life. For more than 30 years, NMDP has managed the world’s most diverse marrow registry—connecting patients with the cures they need.
 

Help us make these two days at UCCS an opportunity to educate, inspire, and bring hope to patients waiting for their match.
