Volunteer from Home - Help a Napa Valley Senior Neighbor - Provide a Care Call

Molly's Angels is a well-known and beloved nonprofit organization since 1999. We are "neighbors helping neighbors." Be a part of a compassionate and kind-hearted group of community members. We have volunteer callers from a variety of backgrounds and industries from retirees, teachers, business owners, parents, and more- if you have time to make a check-in phone call once a week at home, in your free time, on your lunch break, etc. you can make a difference in the life of a senior who may be homebound, isolated, or simply just need a weekly check in.

Our Molly Care Calls program provides wellness check-in calls for seniors in Napa and Solano Counties. For some, you may be their only weekly contact. For many, these calls become friendships and a weekly conversation that both the volunteer and senior look forward to. It is also an opportunity to address senior needs through resources or referrals to community partners.

• You are given flexibility. Care Calls are made once a week at your convenience and logged remotely from home. 
• You are helping your senior neighbors in need. A friendly check-in phone call helps seniors maintain their independence, safety, and health.
• You are truly making a difference in their lives. A simple conversation gives them a sense of community and reassures them they are not alone. This program has also helped identify seniors in need of vital resources. We work with a network of resources to help provide assistance with things like food security, housing and transportation.
