Sacramento Area: Volunteer Opportunities On-Campus

This volunteer sign-up page is for anyone in the Sacramento area who would like to volunteer with NMDP at one or more on-campus events during the school year!

NMDP is an international non-profit organization that works to find cures and save lives of patients who have been diagnosed with blood cancers or blood dieases. Many of these patients are relying on NMDP's stell cell donor registry to help match them with a complete stranger who is willing to donate directly to that patient and help save their life. 70% of searching patients do NOT have a family member able to donate to them, and are therefore relying on NMDP's wonderful community of volunteers to recruit more potential stem cell donors to the registry. You never know who will say yes to joining the registry, and of those yes's, who will go on to save a life. The NMDP registry cannot grow without our volunteers, and I hope that you will be able to come out to an upcoming recruitment event to help grow and diversity the stem cell donor registry!

I can't wait to work with you to grow the stem cell donor registery, and quite literarlly... SAVE LIVES!
