Women Build Event Support (PPE & Registration Station)

Women Build is a signature fundraising event in support of affordable homeownership for hard-working families in Calgary. 

Women Build takes place each September and brings together hundreds of women from various sectors to build together. 

We'd love your help at the event! 

• Help set up registration table items
• Greet and sign in participants when they arrive
• Make sure the participants have signed forms as needed
• Give out t-shirts
• Direct people to the PPE station
• Mention the bag system for their personal items
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to spend the majority of the shift standing
• Able to commit to being on time and staying the duration of the shift

• Help set up PPE table items 
• Keep PPE organized and refill items when needed 
• Greet participants  
• Help participants find appropriate boot sizes 
• Hand out or direct people to the bags for their personal items 
• Give directions for bags (write name, where to place them in the tubs etc.) 
• Tidy station before leaving 
• Other duties as assigned 

• Ability to spend the majority of the shift standing 
• Able to commit to being on time and staying the duration of the shift
