Mad Hatter is the Sexual Assault Center’s largest annual fundraising event — a high-energy, cocktail-style evening featuring a silent and live auction, delicious food stations, an open bar, and powerful mission moments that raise critical funds for survivors.

Now in its 33rd year, Mad Hatter brings together hundreds of supporters from across the Nashville community in celebration of healing and hope. Volunteers play a vital role in making the night a success — from helping with guest check-in and registration, to managing auction displays, greeting and directing guests, and supporting behind-the-scenes logistics.

Volunteering at Mad Hatter is fast-paced, fun, and deeply rewarding. You’ll be part of a passionate team working together to create a seamless and meaningful experience for all attendees — and ultimately helping to ensure that survivors feel seen, believed, and supported.
