2025 Human Rights Conference Volunteer Team

Join us as a volunteer for the 2025 WorldPride Human Rights Conference!
And to thank you for your help, we are also offering volunteers free registration for the conference!

The conference will take place June 4th-6th at the JW Marriott. We need volunteers to serve on the following teams for either four or five hour shifts, detailed below:

Registration Team | Registration Desk, Information Booth Staff, & Mobile App - Tech Desk Help

Hospitality Team | First Time Attendee Mentors & Greeters/Wayfinders
Sponsor Team | Sponsor Liaison Assistant & Sponsor Room Host
Program Team | Program Session Support, Speaker Liaison, Main Stage Ushers, Room  Monitors, & Wellness Room Hosts
Sustainability & Access Team | Sustainability Monitor & Special Needs Liaison
