Saltwater Strokes- Paint & Donate

Join artist Katelynn "Brie" Humbles for Saltwater Strokes, a hands-on watercolor workshop designed for youth volunteers to chance to connect creativity with purpose, using art to reflect on themes of environmental awareness and conservation. This ocean-themed session invites participants to explore the beauty and depth of marine environments—from quiet shorelines to the vibrant life beneath the surface. Whether it's painting the fluid grace of jellyfish, the powerful movement of whales, or the shifting patterns of tides and sea foam, students will learn watercolor techniques that emphasize flow, texture, and layered color.

No prior experience is required—just a curiosity for the ocean and a willingness to experiment. All materials will be provided. Let your brush drift with the current—discover where the water takes you! You may either take your piece home or donate it to a local children's hospital.
