Tree Planting at Saucon Park

Help Wildlands Conservancy plant ~500 trees at Saucon Park outside of Hellertown. This is the continuation of nearly 1000 trees planted at this site in the last 2 years, to slow flood waters, combat erosion, create habitat, protect water quality, and beautify Saucon Park for all visitors. Participants will be hand-digging, carrying potted trees of 10-20 lbs, and crossing uneven terrain within the park. Volunteers will then cover all the trees with deer protection tubes to ensure their survival.
