About this Opportunity
This small organization has employees who work shifts. We need guidance on developing a program of HR training (virtual? videos? YouTube? text?) to address various topics (non-discrimination policies, anti-harassment, de-escalation, etc.). Ideally, we can develop a proposal that can be submitted for funding from an outside organization or grantmaker, but we are having trouble outlining what we need and how it can be delivered.
