HOLIDAY CAUSE

Serving Our Seniors (formerly known as Mid-Cities Care Corps) provides transportation for senior citizens to scheduled routine medical appointments and "quality of life" rides (grocery shopping, banking, trips to the pharmacy, etc.) within Northeast Tarrant County cities of:

Bedford, Colleyville, Euless, Grapevine, Haltom City, Hurst, Keller, N. Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Southlake and Watauga.
Transportation is provided by caring volunteers who provide their vehicle, time and gasoline to transport senior citizens. 
A typical volunteer drive involves picking up the client from their residence, driving them to their appointment, and returning the client to their home. The average time for a volunteer drive is 2-3 hours.  Our clients schedule all their appointments Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm. Volunteers have the flexibility to accept or decline drive opportunities based upon their personal schedule. 
All volunteers must pass a criminal background check (at no expense to the volunteer).
SOS doesn't income qualify our clients and never charges for any services because we recognize that most of our clients are on a limited income.
