Texas Women Entrepreneur Growth Project - Member Experience

The Member Experience Volunteer helps ensure our members feel seen, supported, and connected at every step of their journey with Her Texas. Acting as a warm point of contact, you’ll assist with onboarding, check-ins, and ongoing communication to create a seamless, welcoming experience. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping others feel valued and connected.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome new members with personalized messages and help them complete their profiles and join relevant industry groups.

• Check in with members at regular intervals to gather feedback, answer questions, and offer guidance on getting the most out of their membership.

• Help coordinate introductions between members who could collaborate or support one another.

• Assist with member surveys and gather insights to improve the experience.

• Be a friendly presence at virtual events and help foster conversation and connection during gatherings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Warm, approachable communication style — both written and verbal.

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a love of helping people feel at home.

• Familiarity with email, Zoom, and basic spreadsheets or databases is a plus.

• Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and fostering meaningful connections.

Time Commitment:
Flexible, with an estimated 3–5 hours per week. Virtual position; you can contribute from anywhere.
