Opportunity to change someone's life.
Work with our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. Help clients develop personal action plans so that they are equipped to become self-sustaining and securely housed, and by so doing, to restore hope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine nature of clients situation by interviewing client, assessing their needs including medical, psychological/mental, income/employment, and family information.
- Establish a course of action by exploring options and setting goals with client.
- Monitor and evaluate clients progress and modify action plans accordingly.
- Offer information and advice on the best course of action during sessions.
- Maintain accurate detailed records and report on clients status.
Flexible Options: Can be done virtually by phone or in person at HRM office. For the sake of continuity and to serve clients in timely fashion, we ask that case managers serve at least 3.5 hours per shift and at least 2 days per week.
Training Provided: No prior experience necessary! We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
