Case Worker Volunteer

We need a few people to help onboard clients. Below is a description of responsibilities:

• Successfully onboard new clients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and fulfill requirements of HIPAA laws.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and a professional demeanor.
• Write effective notes.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Serves as the ambassador for anyone seeking information from One Heart McKinney.
• Provides accurate information regarding available services in a manner tailored to the needs and interests of the individual.
• Provides excellent customer service.
