Intern with Heartland Hospice in Ann Arbor

Volunteers must be at least 16-years-old. Heartland (formerly ProMedica Hospice, not part of Gentiva) requires all volunteers to get the annual flu shot and provides it for free. Volunteers must be fully vaccinated against COVID and provide proof. Volunteers must complete an initial and annual background check and drug screening (all paid for by Heartland). All volunteers must complete an N95 mask fit test. Volunteers must be willing to have a copy of their driver's license or other ID in their files. We provide extensive training, including orientation and continuing education, to ensure volunteers are fully prepared for their work.
