About this Opportunity

Volunteers that can take on adhoc requests from clients.

First develop a process i.e., client template for sending in requests and follow-up

Examples include additional support for obtaining Social Security cards; additional help in setting up bank accounts; making doctors appointments if incapacitated; large food pick-up, etc. These requests usually could get a 1-day notice.

These requests usually require blocks of time (i.e. 2 to 4 hours)

Volunteers support of one-off support of CWC staff

First help us develop a process and template for clients that have special requests; follow-thru and close-out.

Examples we need to take the van to the shop, so we need to rent a vehicle; need another driver to help.

Planning / Scheduling / Support of ongoing celebrations for our clients

Thanksgiving Holiday Dinner

Alumni Banquet (all Crosswalk Alums that have completely left the Houses and our on their own making an impact in their communities
