About this Opportunity
CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.
Role Summary:
Service Learning Process Manager will track volunteer learning goals and evaluate whether they are achieving them.
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
Tasks:
- Analyze the volunteer learning goals and contribute to operational excellence by optimizing, identifying and recommending methods to streamline processes
- Assess volunteer learning needs through surveys and interviews.
- Partner with the HR team to create innovative approaches in support of skill growth and long term career development.
- Researches best practices and trends to make recommendations on organization learning and development initiatives.
- Conducting thorough needs and gap analyses in skills, audience, organization, etc.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of talent management, interactive mythology, team engagement, leadership development.
- Strong consulting skills with ability to communicate and influence with volunteers in different departments.
- Strong project management skills design, fine-tune, and make recommendation to existing and new solutions.
- Strong facilitation skills and Team player.
- Excellent communicator in both verbal, written and presentation.
- Experience or strong knowledge in managing learning programs and solutions.
