Spanish / English Bilingual Volunteers Needed!!

Emergency Services locations provide food, clothing, hygiene items, and financial assistance to families in need. We need bilingual volunteers to work one day every week, on a weekday, to help answer the phones and schedule financial appointments, interview clients to determine their needs, and provide translation to reception, interviewers, and phone volunteers.

We also need volunteers in our JobNet program. JobNet helps people prepare for and conduct a more efficient and effective job search. We need help greeting clients, answering phones, ensuring clients sign in,scheduling clients for classes or workshops, and sharing information about JobNet.

Our entrepreneurial programs, Martha's Way (residential housekeeping) and Non-medical Home Caregiver, need volunteers to help our clients practice their English skills. We could also use some administrative help with preparing materials and following up with clients.
