About this Opportunity

CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and performance of his/her fundraising team to ensure they meet donor recruitment targets. Your role will be to lead from within your team, help develop core sales and fundraising skills and drive KPIs by training, coaching and motivating your staff.

This is an unpaid volunteering position.

Tasks:

  • Day to day team management - Motivate the team to ensure high performance which consistently meets agreed weekly fundraising targets.
  • Assistance in the training and development of team members - Assist in the training of teams to ensure each has the skills, capabilities, and support to meet agreed fundraising targets.
  • Relationship Management - Clear, regular, and timely communication with your Manager and team members.

Skills:

  • Proven management or leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proven track record in Field Sales (Coach or Team Leader but we will also consider a Sales Executive with proven experience).
  • Unshakable interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective at time management.
  • An outgoing personality with great communication skills
  • Positive attitude towards meeting new people.
