CrowdDoing's systemic change initiatives are recruiting people for Marketing officer Volunteer, CrowdDoing, Systemic Change Portfolio

Match4Action: The M4A Foundation is charged with creating maximum social impact globally towards the resolution of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals as defined by the United Nations. M4A has partnered with Reframe It on the CrowdDoing program to address Sustainable Development Goals and beyond through social innovation, the social enterprise sector and systemic change

Match4Action connects those wanting to volunteer their skills with those in need for remote or local project support, advice, collaboration and mentoring.

CrowdDoing aims to leverage micro-leadership, service learning and massively multi-disciplinary collaboration supported with project managers and human resource business partners to collaborate with people whom you can learn from while changing the world virtually together.

Marketing officer Volunteer, CrowdDoing, Systemic Change Portfolio Duties and Responsibilities
Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns
management
Help create customer research databases
Alyze research to target the best audience and maximize reach
Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends
Research competitors
Assist with product development and pricing strategies
Work to enhance organizations brand identity
Track and record project results and amend marketing measures
Meet and coordinate with marketing director on a regular basis
Collaborate with other marketing team members

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
2+ years previous experience in marketing
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and organize
Proficient using Microsoft Suite and previous experience using other marketing softwares (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)
Team player who collaborates with ease and contagious creative energy
Strategic vision and strong business acumen
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience preferred
Advanced social media advertising experience
Confident contributor who can accept and implement constructive feedback
