CrowdDoing-CSR Volunteer Sourcing/Volunteer Matching Grants process management

CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Role Summary:

CSR Volunteer Sourcer will secure volunteer matching grants/dollars for doers resources through addressing our gaps in roles.

This is a volunteer unpaid position.

Qualifications:

• High school or GED equivalent
• Bachelors degree preferred.

Essential Tasks :

• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Identify Corporates using various sourcing techniques.
• Interact with Corporate employees on social media and professional networks.
• Ask for referrals from current volunteers and external networks.
• Promote our organization brand online and offline.
• Develop a network of potential industry professionals for volunteering.

Skills and competencies:

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively present our organization and open roles to potential corporates..
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
