Classroom Support

Join us in making JSA class days run smoothly by providing essential support at our Reed Road location. As a Classroom Support Volunteer, youll welcome clients, assist with sign-in, answer incoming calls, and ensure our front desk and office task runs efficiently. Your presence helps create a warm, organized environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients attending JSA classes.

• Assist with front desk reception duties including answering and transferring phone calls.

• Assist with smooth mock interviewing office set up

• Support staff with other office tasks as needed.

Schedule:

11:30 - 1:30 Fridays during JSA class weeks.

Additional Notes:

• 1 volunteer per shift.

• Consistent volunteers preferred
