Match4Action : The M4A Foundation is charged with creating maximum social impact globally towards the resolution of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals as defined by the United Nations. M4A has partnered with Reframe It on the CrowdDoing program to address Sustainable Development Goals and beyond through social innovation, the social enterprise sector and systemic change
Match4Action connects those wanting to volunteer their skills with those in need for remote or local project support, advice, collaboration and mentoring.
CrowdDoing aims to leverage micro-leadership, service learning and massively multi-disciplinary collaboration supported with project managers and human resource business partners to collaborate with people whom you can learn from while changing the world virtually together.

Human Resources Assistant, CrowdDoing Systemic Change Portfolio
The Human Resources Executive Human Executive, CrowdDoing Systemic Change Portfolio Responsibilities and Qualifications
Work with company CEO and/or People Management Lead to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from volunteers
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new volunteers
Continually educate volunteers on policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions, etc.) and keep volunteer handbook current
Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
Monitor volunteers progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Coordinate and direct work activities for management volunteers
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure management volunteers are properly connected
Regularly meet with volunteers for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Promote a positive and open work environment where volunteers feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws

Comfortable working in a highly visible role
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Honest, ethical, and dependable
Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
Positive, go-getter attitude
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
5+ years management experience in HR
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and volunteers regarding all HR matters
