We are a Hospice Service Provider in the SouthEast Houston Area. We have a geriatric patient in the Alvin, TX living at home in an unsafe environment and we would like to seek yourtime to offer help to this gentleman to clear the clutter and bring hygiene in this house.

This would allow to bring in some fresh medical equipment to this home and send providers to offer care and comfort in a home care setting.

The patient does havelimited life expectancy and we would like to get him some help and assistance as quickly as possible.
