Match4Action : The M4A Foundation is charged with creating maximum social impact globally towards the resolution of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals as defined by the United Nations. M4A has partnered with Reframe It on the CrowdDoing program to address Sustainable Development Goals and beyond through social innovation, the social enterprise sector and systemic change

Match4Action connects those wanting to volunteer their skills with those in need for remote or local project support, advice, collaboration and mentoring.

CrowdDoing aims to leverage micro-leadership, service learning and massively multi-disciplinary collaboration supported with project managers and human resource business partners to collaborate with people whom you can learn from while changing the world virtually together.

Human Resources Specialist, Volunteer, CrowdDoing Systemic Change Portfolio
Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
Leadership and instructional aptitudes needed to provide training and oversight on policies and procedures.
Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
Strategic development skills to develop and evaluate onboarding plans.
Cultivate training and development programs.
Participate in performance evaluation processes.
Composure and confidentiality required to handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.)
Compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

BS/BA in business administration or relevant field.
Successful work experience as a Human Resources Specialist, officer, administrator or other HR position.
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
Commitment to staying current on understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability.
HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute).
