Pencil2D Animation Job Description Haiti Now

Haiti-Now is dedicated to empowering Haitian girls living in domestic servitude to overcome poverty and exploitation to achieve economic security.
Your first assignment will be to start a fundraising campaign. Haiti Now will provide further guidance for you to have a quick and successful fundraiser.

Role brief:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of content using Pencil2D

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing and product marketing teammates to support our content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Graphic Design background preferred.
Demonstrated abilities of animation skills with Pencil 2D tools.
Experience with Pencil2D video editing software at an intermediate level
Demonstrate the ability to create various designs from scratch. (Samples needed)
Fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and consistently.
A reliable internet connection is a high requirement in a virtual setting as a non-paid volunteer.
Proficiency in Google Apps such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
Volunteers should be able to create 2D drawing videos using Pencil2D.org.

Familiarity with or quick adoption of Trello and Slack tools is critical.

Minimum volunteer hours expected: 7-10 hrs per week
