M4A has partnered with Reframe It on the CrowdDoing program to address Sustainable Development Goals and beyond through social innovation, the social enterprise sector and systemic change
Match4Action connects those wanting to volunteer their skills with those in need for remote or local project support, advice, collaboration and mentoring.

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to head our HR Department. The Human Resources Director will manage HR operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, The HR Director promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs and directing staff training, counseling, and disciplining staff. The Human Resources Director will also take the lead on developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years experience in an HR role and experience leading international teams.
Human Resources Director Volunteer, CrowdDoing Systemic Change Portfolio Duties and Responsibilities
Supports management by providing human resources direction, advice and counsel
Ability to coach and mentor team members through the process of understanding the needs and responsibilities of human resources within a large multi-national organization
Understanding of cultural norms, traditions, and working with diverse teams
Guides management and volunteers actions by developing HR guidelines, communicating the guidelines and enforcing organization values
Leads companys compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
Maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits
Ability to work closely with international counterparts to limit workplace issues due to the multicultural nature of our business
Establishes and maintains company records and reports; able to direct others in the organization and adherence to record-keeping guidelines
Maintains company organization charts and volunteer directory
Human Resources Director Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred
Seven or more years of HR experience required
Current or previous experience in an HR Manager role in a large (300+ volunteers or employees) manufacturing plant is highly preferred
PHR/SPHR preferred
