Share the Message Spread awareness through your social media, workplace, and community networks.

Champion Awareness Represent NAMI Maryland at events and local outreach opportunities.

Connect and Inspire Bring people together to talk openly about mental health and wellness.

Support the Mission Help mobilize volunteers, raise funds, and advocate for better mental health resources.
