When a large-scale disaster impacts a community, multiple agencies and resources are needed towalk alongside them to provide response and recovery support. As a Community Engagement &Partnerships (CEP) Service Associate youll connect with local partners to build capacity,coordinate activities, integrate expertise, and ensure that all disaster-affected communities,including traditionally underserved populations, have access to Red Cross services.

Your volunteer roleinvolves implementing the CEP plan, engaging with organizations, and supporting multi-agencycollaborative efforts to promote regional engagement and inclusive partnerships.

Do you have the flexibility to deploy for two weeks to support communities impacted by disaster?The Red Cross is looking to train willing individuals 18 and older to fill a variety of roles duringdisaster relief operations. All training and travel expenses are fully covered by the Red Cross.
