About this Opportunity
VOA's Early Resolution Program (ERP) mediates with landlords and tenants to help resolve back rent issues and keep people in their homes.
We also offer a Landlord-Tenant/Small Claims Court Mediator practitioner track for those interested in mediating in the court to help alleviate the backlog on small claims court cases.
* Volunteer hours are any hours between 9am-4pm
