American Red Cross: Harrisonburg-You Can Help Save A Life! Help at Community Blood Drives

The Red Cross collects and distributes about 40 percent of our nations blood supply. When you help create a fulfilling donation experience and encourage visitors to make a long-term commitment to regular donations, you improve our ability to meet this critical need.

Each volunteer shift you take is another opportunity to help save lives.

Requirements

• One 4-6 hour shift per month for six months
• Professional, clear and diplomatic communication skills
• Comfortable approaching people you do not know
• Ability to follow safety protocols and directions consistently and thoroughly

Volunteers are needed on the following days and times:

Tue11AM - 7PM

Wed 11AM - 7PM

Thu9AM - 5PM
