Monitors provide a second adult presence to ensure a safe, supportive environment during tutoring sessions. This is a great option if you enjoy being around kids but prefer a lighter roleyou can read, work quietly, or do crafts during sessions.

Tutoring typically takes place after school and may be in-person or virtual, with some opportunities during school hours or weekends. In-person sites include community partners such as the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, Nashua PAL, Girls Inc., Nashua Public Library, Salvation Army, and United Way of Greater Nashua.

All volunteers complete an annual background check.
