Midlands Fatherhood Coalition: Equipping Fathers with Encouragement!

Midlands Fatherhood Coalitionis asking volunteers to provide supplies and zip lock (or drawstring) bags to make hygeine kits for fathers to includeto bring to sight to bag:

• toothpaste
• toothbrushes
• dental floss
• shampoo
• combs
• washclothes
• soap
• shaving cream
• razor
• deodorant

There will be 20-30 fathers in the evening sessions and 5-10 in the day session. We are also asking volunteers to provide cupcakes and to write notes of encouragement to fathers who are trying to make positive connections with their children and to be responsible fathers.

We are asking volunteers to present these items to our fathers during their Peer Group Session. Volunteers are invited to stay for as much of the group session as they want to
