Vendor Assistant | Unity Exchange

Opportunity Description:
As a Vendor Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting our market vendors throughout the event. This is a great opportunity for volunteers who are proactive, friendly, and enjoy being part of a behind-the-scenes team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist vendors with basic setup tasks (e.g., carrying light items, arranging tables)

• Provide short break coverage for vendors as needed

• Communicate vendor concerns or needs to the Market Manager

• Help maintain booth tidiness and organization

• Distribute refreshments to vendors when necessary

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

• Light lifting (under 20 lbs) may be required
