Tail's End Thrift Store Volunteers The Humane Society of Elmore County works to ensure the best possible quality of life for animals, to prevent cruelty to animals, to stop pet overpopulation, to strive for the humane care, treatment, and well-being of all animals through education and information, and to promote public health and safety in regards to human and animal interaction. The Tail's End Thrift Store needs volunteers every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9am until 3pm. Proceeds from the store's sales help purchase food and supplies needed to care for the shelter's animals.
