Head Start Help

The Family Guidance Center needs your help serving as a Head Start Classroom Volunteer!Head Start is a federal program for preschool children, newborn to age 5, from low-income families. Current and prior Head Start parents and members of the community are welcome. Participants will assist with children's activities, classroom duties, light office help and more.

Please note that abackground check and medical clearance are both required as well as a minimum of 4 volunteer hours per day. Volunteers are needed in Prattville, Millbrook and Wetumpka.
