Clearance Process

To enter the prison, volunteers must submit documentation for a background check and complete online PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) Training. Where should you start?

Complete the following forms and return them to Donna Collins [email protected]. Please note one of the forms must be notarized! (Click on each link below to see the required paperwork)

4. Register on the Department of Corrections website and complete the PREA and Women's Services training. You are required to submit a copy of your certificate along with the forms (216 A,B, and C)

• First register (You will be an AIM volunteer. Tutwiler, Montgomery Women's Facility, Birmingham Work Release, and ATF are the facilities. We clear everyone for all the facilitiesjust in case you need to visit
