In Person Volunteer Events Liason

Are you great at planning, networking, and making things happen? We're looking for a dedicatedIn-Person Events Liaisonto help us bring our events to life!

In this role, youll take the lead on identifying potential venues for our in-person events, reaching out to them, and handling all communication and negotiation. Youll work closely with our team to ensure each space fits the vision, budget, and logistical needs of our events.

Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate possible venues for upcoming events such as farmers markets, festivals and etc.

• Reach out to venue contacts via email or phone

• Negotiate pricing, availability, and terms

• Coordinate with our internal team on recommendations and next steps

• Maintain clear records of venue details, contacts, and status
